Commencement of Admission Process 2027

B.A.LL.B(Hons.) – 5 Years / B.B.A.LL.B(Hons.) – 5 Years, LL.B.(3 Years) and LL.M.(2 Years)

The admission process for the above-mentioned courses will commence in April/May 2027.

The admission process will be conducted in two stages:

Stage I: JSS Law Admission Test (JSSLAT)

The JSSLAT will be conducted in May/June 2027. The detailed schedule of the admission test will be announced later.

Stage II: Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their JSSLAT performance, in a ratio of 1:2, will be called for a Viva Voce (Interview).

Online Application: The online application portal will be available from 1 March 2027.

Eligibility to Apply: Candidates who have not yet received their qualifying examination results may also apply and appear for JSSLAT. Only candidates who qualify in the prescribed selection process will be considered for admission.

Eligibility : To be eligible for admission to First Semester of B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A.LL.B (Hons.) degree programme, a candidate should have passed PUC / Intermediate examination (10 + 2) or its equivalent recognized by any University by Securing 45% Marks (For General) 40% Marks (For Karnataka SC/ST)

Eligibility : To be eligible for admission to First Semester of LL.B. (3 Years)  degree programme, a candidate should have successfully completed undergraduate programme with minimum 45% Marks (For General) 40% Marks (For Karnataka SC/ST)from any recognized University are eligible to apply

To be eligible for admission to First Semester of LL.M. (2 Years) a candidate should have successfully completed undergraduate Law degree programme with minimum 45% (For General) 40%(For Karnataka SC/ST) from any recognized University are eligible to apply.
